Orders and Shipping

We are still dispatching goods during level 3/4 lockdown. All items will be shipped with contactless delivery as the default option. With the current strain on courier companies they have advised us to allow for an extra 3-4 days in the fulfillment of items.

We process our orders at 2:30pm everyday. Your order will be delivered 2-6 days after your order is processed.

Either reply to the order confirmation email, or contact us through our contact us page with an Order ID and an updated shipping address.

When the shipping label is printed and the item has been picked up, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address linked with your order.

If you are purchasing a large quantity on behalf of a business or government organization please reach out to us at with your requirements.

All our items are brand new in their original boxes. We don’t stock anything second hand or refurbished.
