Your item/s will be delivered 2-6 business days after your order is placed.

All our items are brand new in their original boxes. We don’t stock any products that are second hand or refurbished.

Coastal Cameras warranty coverage operates on a sliding scale:

• $0 – $999 items are covered for 2 years
• $1,000 – $2999 items are covered for 3 years
• $3,000+ items are covered for 5 years

We operate as an online only business however our warehouse is based in New Lynn, Auckland. 

Yes we can. If you would like a price match, send us a message through our contact form with the product name & a link to the competitor’s website. Please note the company must be based in New Zealand.

When the shipping label is printed and the item has been picked up, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address linked with your order.

Either reply to your order confirmation email, or send a message through our contact form with your Order ID and an updated shipping address.

We don’t accept trade-ins currently. We only sell brand new Camera equipment but may look into offering this in the future.

Afterpay is only available for all orders up to $2000. Once your order exceeds $2000 Afterpay no longer appears as a payment option.
