Orders and Shipping
Coastal Cameras follows Consumer Guarantees guidance for warranty coverage. Coverage scales linearly with the price of the product; e.g. a $1,000 item will give you 2 years coverage; a $2,000 item will give you 3 years coverage, and a $3,000+ item will give you 5 years coverage. We process our orders at 2:30pm everyday. Your order will be delivered 2-6 days after your order is processed.
Either reply to the order confirmation email, or contact us through our contact us page with an Order ID and an updated shipping address.
When the shipping label is printed and the item has been picked up, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address linked with your order.

All our items are brand new in their original boxes. We don’t stock anything second hand or refurbished.
We are based in New Lynn, Auckland. We operate in an online only capacity to save on costs to make sure you get the best prices possible. We have a warehouse but are unable to offer click and collect at this time.
