We like to make returns fast and easy. If you would like to return an item please send us a message through our contact form. Please include your Order ID and a description of the product you would like to return.

Coastal Cameras do not offer inhouse repairs for cameras or lenses however we have trusted partners who perform repairs for us where necessary.

We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable about the products we sell so if you do have a technical query fire away and we’ll be happy to help.

Please notify us as soon as possible through email or via contact form. We can typically redirect packages that are in transit but the sooner we are made aware of the cancellation the easier the process is.

Our typical invoices are sent our via email in text format however if you need a PDF invoice for your tax software let us know and we can generate one for you.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us a message with a detailed description of the issue along with your Order ID and we will work out whether a repair or replacement is the best course of action.
