Orders and Shipping
We follow Consumer Guarentees guidance for warranty coverage. Coverage scales linearly with the price of the product e.g. $1000 item will give 2 years coverage, $2000 3 years and $3000+ 5 years.
We process our orders at 2:30pm everyday. Your order will be delivered 2-6 days after your order is processed.
Either reply to the order confirmation email, or contact us through our contact us page with an Order ID and an updated shipping address.
When the shipping label is printed and the item has been picked up, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address linked with your order.
If you are purchasing a large quantity on behalf of a business or government organization please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements.
All our items are brand new in their original boxes. We don’t stock anything second hand or refurbished.
We are based in New Lynn, Auckland. We operate in an online only capacity to save on costs to make sure you get the best prices possible.
Yes we can! The company has to be New Zealand based. If you do have a product you would like price matched simply send us a link to the competitors product we’ll be happy to help.
